Coaching

Life at the top is challenging even for the best business leaders – particularly in these difficult economic times. When you are faced with the challenges of creating business growth as well as providing the necessary leadership through yourself and your team the pressure can be immense.

This is where coaching can provide an invaluable support. Working with you individually either at your place of work, at a pre-agreed venue, or by telephone, we’ll create a relationship with you that allows you to have open, honest, challenging, clever, even funny conversations that will enable you to generate real change and growth in both your professional and personal development.

We are specialists in helping people manage change and in developing excellent relationships. If you want to make a change in your organisation and maximise your potential, then Executive Coaching and Development will help you set a clear vision and strategy, get people on board and develop the leadership style that motivates people to their best.

WHAT DO WE SPECIALISE IN?
The Executive coaching process will help you improve your performance and self confidence in areas that are critical to your professional and business success. Our particular specialisation is in helping clients to improve their leadership, communication and people skills.

Other areas could include;

  • Behavioural Change
  • Leadership Development
  • Team performance
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Time Management and planning
  • Career Coaching and important decision making

HOW DOES IT WORK?
An individual Executive Coaching programme typically lasts for 3 to 6 months and consists of a series of 2 to 2.5 hour sessions, supported by online & telephone contact. For a 6 month contract you can expect to up to 6 face to face sessions. The coaching programme is agreed with the client beforehand and is based around the needs of the client.

WHAT DO PEOPLE DISCUSS WITH THEIR COACH?
The simple answer is anything and everything. Your Coach is there to help you change, and wants to know where you want to go and what is preventing you from getting there. Typical areas discussed are conflict management, influencing others, leadership style, coaching and empowering my team, inspiring others, things that hold me back, where am I going?, managing work/life balance. Confidentiality means it is a safe zone to be really open and honest, and hear feedback from someone who doesn’t have an axe to grind.
